Can this change anything in my shop?

No. It holds no permission ending in _w. It cannot edit a listing, change a price, message a buyer, or mark an order shipped. It can read two things and that is the end of what it is able to do. The exact permissions.

Where do my buyers' names and addresses go?

Nowhere. They arrive in the order record and are never read — the code copies out an allow-list of six fields and drops the rest with the response. There is no column in the database that could hold a name or an address. The full inventory.

An order I already shipped is still on the list

The list is rebuilt every two hours from what Etsy says is unshipped. Mark it shipped on Etsy and it disappears on the next pass, or press Rebuild the list from Etsy on your account page to do it now.

Why is one line marked late when the order only came in yesterday?

Because the ship date is Etsy's, computed from your own processing times, and a listing with a one-day processing window is due almost immediately. It is not our estimate — we read the date off the order and pass it through unchanged.

Why did the whole line go red when only one order in it is late?

A job takes the worst state of any order in it, because you are picking them all in the same handful. If four mugs are going out and one of them is overdue, the trip to the shelf is overdue.

My list stopped updating and says the connection ended

Etsy refused our tokens, which normally means the grant was revoked in your Etsy account settings, or it lapsed after ninety days of the app never running. We threw the tokens away when it happened. Press Reconnect and it starts again.

Why do you ask me to type an email address?

Because getting it from Etsy would have meant asking you for a third permission — email_r — for something you can type in five seconds. It also means the list can go to a packing-room address rather than to whatever your Etsy login happens to be.

Can I connect more than one shop?

Yes. Each one is a separate grant with its own tokens and its own list, and disconnecting one leaves the others alone.

My shop is all digital downloads

Then this app has nothing for you. Digital items are dropped before the list is built, because nothing comes off a shelf for a file.

How do I stop everything?

Account → Close and erase: tokens, lists, and address deleted in one transaction. Revoking donhang in your Etsy account settings is the other half and works whether or not you tell us.
